RTA Designs has been appointed to develop the Architectural and Engineering Consultancy for the new Western Regional Power Committee (WRPC) Office Complex at F-3, MIDC SEEPZ, Andheri (East), Mumbai. The project includes the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a modern office building, an integrated guest house, and comprehensive external development works.
Designed with a forward-looking vision, the project aims to create a state-of-the-art workplace that supports the operational, administrative, and collaborative needs of WRPC. The proposed building accommodates senior officials, directors, technical teams, support staff, and features large meeting and conference halls, dedicated operations rooms, recreational spaces, and a fully equipped dining facility.
The project also integrates a 10-room guesthouse with VIP suites, reflecting WRPC’s requirement for comfortable accommodation for visiting officials. All spatial planning follows the guidelines of the Ministry of Urban Development and incorporates efficient circulation, natural light, modern services, and future-ready infrastructure.
With an estimated project value of ₹55 Crore, the new WRPC Office is envisioned as a robust institutional facility that enhances productivity, supports critical power sector operations, and creates a functional, cohesive environment for both staff and visitors.
The proposed project envisions a modern and efficient “PRATYAKSHA KAR BHAWAN” at Kheora Bangar, Kanpur (UP), designed as a state-of-the-art Income Tax Zonal Office integrated with a well-planned residential complex. The overall intent is to create a functional, contemporary campus that supports both administrative operations and quality living. The office building includes a single basement for parking, while the stilt level accommodates VIP parking and an auditorium for official events. A welcoming entrance foyer with an atrium and six passenger lifts ensures smooth circulation within the building. Two goods lifts and four staircases provide additional movement and operational support. Key facilities such as a cafeteria, ASK centre, MSTU spaces, office areas, and hostel canteen are incorporated to meet staff and visitor needs. The top floor houses the hostel, designed with a lobby, dining and kitchen spaces, as well as areas dedicated to fitness and wellness, including a gym and yoga room.
